I offer many different options to help you become healthier and stronger - Inside and out. I offer one-on-one personal training, couples training, small group (2-4 people) and group training (4-10 people). Here is a list of some of my ‘specialty’ training programs; however, a thorough assessment will need to be done to ultimately decide what program is best for you.
This program is individually based and uniquely designed to fit the goals and needs of each client. Whatever your goals may be: to lose body fat, train for an upcoming 5K, 10K, build muscle, fit in your favorite clothes before an event, or simply just to become healthier and strengthen your body, I WILL get you to accomplish your goals. TTF Moms is a 1 hour complete fitness program geared for women! Whether you just had a baby 6 weeks ago, 5 years ago or even if your children are teenagers, this program is meant for you. The classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit no matter what! Everyone wants a personal trainer but without paying the high price and the guilt of leaving their families. All TTF classes are taught by personal trainers who are also moms, so during each class you will get the best full body workout that will transform your body inside and out. (TTF Moms is the only complete mommy fitness program that requires all instructors to be nationally certified fitness professionals). This means that we deliver a well deigned, effective and safe workout with personalized attention! Besides getting personal training in a like-minded group setting, you can bring your child(ren) of any age and there will be a babysitter on site to watch over while mom remains in sight & gets an uninterrupted, guilt-free, full body workout.

- NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED: Your first class is free! From there, you sign-up on a month to month basis. Class packages are also available for purchase.
- PERSONAL TRAINING IN A GROUP SETTING: Nationally certified fitness professionals instruct all classes and modify exercises for new moms, beginners and ultra-fit moms. Everyone will get a great workout, producing results at their level.
- QUALIFIED BABY SITTER ON SITE & IN SIGHT! Don’t let your kids be an excuse for not working out! Bring them and let them play outdoors while mom gets an uninterrupted, guilt free, full body workout. This is the most valuable way to teach your kids about the value of fitness - show them!!
- MONTHLY FITNESS EVALUATIONS: When you join the program, you have the option of getting a full body assessment that can be tracked and monitored on a monthly basis.
- NUTRITION PLANS AVAILABLE: No matter what your needs are: to lose body fat, tone up, eat more balanced, healthier or just eat for energy...there is a nutrition program available for you. Each plan is personalized & customized for your needs.
- DAILY MOTIVATION & INSPIRATION: When you join the program, you will be given a journal that you bring to each workout class. At the end of class, the instructor will present a topic that you will reflect and briefly write about in your journal. All topics will leave you feeling motivated as a mom and inspired for living a healthier life. Journals will be offered to children too who can reflect with mom or just color!

Vinyasa yoga combines the outdoors, music, breath, and movement for an intense and energizing experience. Vinyasa means "flow!" Vinyasa flow will warm and energize your body creating strength, flexibility, cardio vascular conditioning and relaxation. It is a total mind, body and spiritual connection, as well as a great workout.
The focus of the class is to improve your flexibility, lose weight, tone your body, manage stress, and quench a sense of adventure while working out at the beach.
Classes are open and geared towards beginners, intermediate, or advanced practitioners and is 60 minutes in length.
The program is taught by a certified yoga instructor, so during each class you will get the best full body workout that will transform your body inside and out.
Classes are held at the beautiful La Jolla Cove (1100 Coast Blvd., La Jolla, CA. - on the grass field near the restrooms.
